Grill'd Joondalup

Very disappointing. Love Grilled healthy burgers, but Joondalup experience was not good at all. Order was twice wrong received, food was cold. Buns was not fresh. Prefer Currambine over Joondalup. Will not go to Joondalup again. I only eat Grilled burgers, but will not go to Joondalup again. Not a good dinner experience with my family tonight at Grilled restaurant.

Love Grill'd, staff are great, was very busy when we went but we're still served in a timely manner. Unfortunately this time my burger was burnt so was not up to it's regular standard.

Food is good at Grill’d (in general). Service was friendly but a couple of large groups came in and every order that came out for at least 45 minutes was only for the large groups. The kitchen was slow to catch up on all other orders and it ballooned the waiting time by that amount of time. Staff seemed stressed but you can tell they were doing their best with what appeared to be an understaffed floor and kitchen. Would I go back. Possibly, but would try many other places before going back there.

Great Food, Great Service and Great Atmosphere. Grill'd Joondalup is a nice place for a bite to eat and hang out morning, lunch or Dinner.

Food good although seemed to be less chicken and other fillings in the burger than previous times I've eaten there. Unimpressed with rushed service and speed of order taken. They weren't busy so I don't know what the rush was but it was unprofessional and bordering on rude. Seems like the woman who took the order had no care or friendliness to her service, just wanted the sale. Shame, ruined our visit.

The chips are taste and good portion I recommend having one of the dips with the chips the chipotle Mayo dip is really good. The burger was not bad could have been bit better. Workers are polite and the service is good.

Was treated horribly! Waiter with red hair had an extremely unnecessary attitude and made us feel unwelcome. Atmosphere was ok and the rest of the staff were lovely, but our dining was quickly made unpleasant.

Tried this place for the first time. Burgers tasted okay, nothing special.
