Grill'd

Can’t go wrong with a Grill’d burger. Sad they discontinued my favourite burger, the field of dreams. But they still have plenty of choice. Good tasty burgers at decent prices. Recommended

Ordered through a delivery service on Friday night, food arrived not looking the freshest so only ate 3/4 of it and have spent the whole weekend bed ridden with food poisoning!! Haven’t even been able to lodge a complaint on the order through the delivery service as they already had to partially refund me as my drink never arrived!!! Disgusting and has put me off Grill’d for life now

One of the better branches of Grill'd to dine in at with plenty of burger offerings including beef, fried chicken, and plant based options including Impossible burger and patties made with vegetables or mushrooms. There's also other customisable items like the type of bun and the menu generally has a lot of options. The burgers are good but can seem a bit ordinary and over the years they don't stand out so much against the many burger venues popping up everywhere trying to make a name for themselves. However, they have been innovating with the latest change being to the fried chicken burger that's now cooked in evoo. It's located in the middle of the Oxford Street cafe strip with a decent sized and hip venue that has ample indoor and outdoor seating. Service is friendly and efficient.

Experience was fine, atmosphere was good, customer service was great. I ordered two burgers and whilst the patties and fillings were as expected, the buns were stale and VERY crumbly, really ruined the experience unfortunately.

Went there today, it is always very nice and clean and the staff are very pleasant and welcoming. They also a wide selection of books and magazines to keep you occupied while waiting for your meal, very nice atmosphere and decor to, 5 stars.

Leederville grilld is my favourite but unfortunately the service today has changed that. I came in this afternoon and was greeted by a nice girl who took my order. There was one delivery driver in front of me and no one else in the shop. I’m not sure if the kitchen staff forgot they were working or genuinely just enjoy being paid good money to do nothing. I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for 2 sliders and some chips. After asking if my order was ready the girl apologised for the wait which was nice. I should have know to check the bag when I ordered the food but did not. Both the sauces I ordered were missing. My sliders came in some wrapping and no box, the sweet potato fries were close to black, the chicken slider had one tiny dried out/burnt piece of chicken inside, the vintage slider was missing the onion and the zucchini fried tasted like the ocean. If I dined in I would have sent it back but didn’t want to drive. This quality of food should NOT be leaving a kitchen. Highly do not recommend. Attached a photo for explanation. Burger came out nearly instantly. Fresh, tasty and left me feeling good as always. Ordered sweet potato chips along with it which took a very long time to arrive. Normally this would affect the review negatively but the staff were very apologetic and good about it, and gave vouchers as compensation.

They keep burning the patties. :( Always thick, burnt crust on them, not cool.
