The ability to service appliances on-site on weekends is fantastic - being able to schedule repairs without impacting in work commitments or fussing about providing access to my apartment. Shout-out and thanks to Scottt (technician) who called on approach, was exactly on-time (in fact a couple on minutes early), fixed the problem, made no mess - in fact left having vacuumed the top of the dryer of residual dust! A 5xStar recommendation and review!

11-24-2023 16:52Didn't actually use their service but they were super helpful and honest over the phone and was upfront about their service. I have an old Miele washing machine and they helped me troubleshoot the issue and taught me how to fix the parts that I can myself. I wanted to extend the pipes to put the washing machine in a different location and they were super helpful. They advised me to contact Miele for actual fixing as most service agents have trouble with Miele. Again, appreciate their time and honesty.
