I'm trying to 'play' the Flybuys algorithm to maximize points during 'ClickandCollect' promotions. Check their specials, Compare with eg. Dan Murphy's and only purchase JUST over the bonus $ limit (mostly $50).

Very friendly and always happy, I visited close to closing time on Saturday and Lovely lady Zoe actually remembered my last purchase and had started getting it together before I even exited the car 😍😍😍

My experience today with one of the ladies in store was excellent. She was bubbly and her positivity was infectious. For someone who is a manager in retail, I think she had a natural ability to make you feel good. We need more of her in retail. She is a keeper. Really poor lazy customer service. I drove in to get hubby's beer and three staff members are having a good old chin wag next to the driveway. I checked the fridge and it didn't have hubby's beer, so I hovered by the checkout, still no service. I had to walk over and break up the chit chat session to which I was told the beer I wanted was on the pallet (which they had been standing next to) ... I'm from a customer service background and this is just hopeless. Told hubby buy the beer somewhere else.

Really lovely and helpful people work here, they are rushed off their feet, but always pleasant to deal with.

Very helpful staff, in particular Hayley. She was friendly and knowledgeable.
