it's in the city fringe location. access to restaurants, parking facility is available. the hotel seems to be old, there is no breakfast facility, have to request numerous times to get a small soap bar u0026 a towel, there were a lot of empty bottles such as body wash. as of 30.10.2023

Virgin arranged for myself and my partner to stay here, at their expense, when our overnight flight was suddenly cancelled. First impressions were great. Front-of-house staff were lovely and welcoming. Reception closes at 8pm (and toilets/amenities locked). We were given a room facing the street-front, upstairs. No elevator, so we had to haul up 2 big suitcases. The room itself was a throwback to the 1980s. No bedside lighting, no basic cutlery/crockery, hallway lighting is akin to a hospital and flooded through the seemingly massive gaps in the door, disrupting our sleep. Pillows were complete rubbish, like thin camping mats, linen was lacking, TV didn't pick up most channels, and the place was noisy (not the motel's fault, but I could practically hear the neighbors' phone conversations late at night, and a bunch of bogans yelling/laughing/swearing out the front until midnight). 2 stars for the lovely staff. The rooms were clean, as was the motel in general. Everything else was sub-par.

Rooms need major upgrades, paint chips all over the place,curtains had a tear in it, main door would not close tight. Cockroach in bathroom.

Great spot, close to city, close to Adelaide oval, entertainment centre, driving there is easy. So close to restaurants and the O'Connell's Bakery! And it's 24hrs, best in Adelaide. Bus stop is on the corner of street. Can leave car and use public transport. The room was out of date, bathroom door didn't shut properly. The rooms not very sound prove. Beds are comfy. Shower was temperamental too much hot you got burnt l, too much cold you froze! Hard to find the right setting. Rooms need more power points. Room was clean.
