Very good service rooms were clean comfortable bed thats all I need for a nights stay

Very spacious and comfortable place. I have had 3 best night sleeps as the street, and this area is quiet. There is plenty of secured parking space. Swimming to enjoy, too. Staff are amazing... they are genuinely like to lookafter you well. You can ask for any friendly question, they will help you. Unfortunately, the restaurant was undergoing refurbishment, therefore not available for us. This is really good value for money place, would recommend to single and families. Have a good time there

Clean and spacious rooms in a good location. Bus stop out front takes you to the zoo or to the city. Management friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again.

We have stayed here twice now. Not sure what happened the second time but we were placed in the wrong room I think. Had a reservation for a king-bed superior room. In the photos, it had a microwave and a TV on the wall. We got a room that had a queen bed (very uncomfortable) lifting old carpet. Old style TV, no microwave, bathroom requires updating. So not sure what happened there. Don't know if we will stay again because my back hurt badly after sleeping on the bed. Customer service was good. People staying next to us were very loud not much noise control. Overall it was ok but not what was in the photos or our reservation email. We will be travelling alot over the next 18 years for my sons medical appointments we may stay here again but make sure we get the correct accommodation we booked.

3 star hotel. Clean but dated. Great location and close to the city.
