Universal Store

June 2022: opened yesterday... A larger footprint than the previous stores in this space. Decent range, but very beige. A few more colours would be great.

One the the best service I’ve ever received in retail shop that I couldn’t resist but gotta shout out on google review. All the girls are soooo kind, bubbly and attentive, especially Lily (who I believe that serves me today). They’re all willing to go out of their way to hop in and out to the back so many times just to find the right size/styles that I described. Had just planned to pop in for quick look but ended up buying a haul that I’m so happy with!

I had the absolute pleasure of shopping at Universal Store Hobart today and was served by a young man called Brock who’s customer service was exceptional. He was so helpful and polite and is an asset to the company. His manager Max (I think that was his name) was also very lovely. What a great team !

Greeted by 3 stunning looking girls. Asking me if iam OK need any help. With a big smile on there face Felt guilty I dident buy any thing. This store is a class act😍😍

We had a wonderful shopping experience here yesterday. Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable staff who buzzed about finding things and making really helpful suggestions. One particular assistant ( wearing gorgeous striped side Blundstones- sorry I didn’t get her name) was particularly amazing. We bought things and had a happy time. Thank you.

I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail in Universal Store's jacket designs. The stitching is precise, the materials are of exceptional quality, and the finishes are impeccable. Each jacket exudes a sense of craftsmanship and attention to detail that is truly impressive.

Love this store and the girl with red hair is friendly and gave me excellent service
