12-15-2023 01:35Easily the nest barber in town...very skilled in his craft, very professional and the customer service is great. And the best part is their way of making appointments..in other barber shops, you have to wait for ages before they attend to you but with this place, all you do is call up, book and appointment and in 15 mins,you are done...great set up and service...highly recommended.

10-19-2023 13:30I've been going to Samurai Barber for the last 3 years and can say both Ken u0026 Candice are both exceptionally good at their trade. It can be difficult to find a quality barber but look no further they provide both quality haircuts at a good price. Thoroughly recommend visiting Samurai Barber!

09-22-2023 05:49I recently had an extremely disappointing encounter with a booking service that not only failed in its responsibilities but also displayed a concerning lack of professionalism and respect. As a long-term customer, it was disheartening to experience such a drastic lapse in service quality. My son's attempt to make a simultaneous booking for two was apparently met with a critical error on their part. One of the bookings was missed. This was particularly inconvenient as we don't live nearby, and arranging this visit required significant effort and planning on our end. When I sought to address the issue, the response was unexpectedly arrogant and dismissive. Shockingly,Ken the barber, made a baseless accusation that I had previously missed appointments, which is completely false. This experience shed light on another troubling aspect of this establishment – the high turnover of hairstylists. It's become evident that the proprietor's unprofessional attitude, which I experienced firsthand, likely extends to the treatment of his staff, explaining why they struggle to retain employees for more than six months.This entire ordeal, coupled with my newfound understanding of the internal staff issues, has led me to the decision to cease using their services. I feel compelled to share my story as a warning to others about the significance of respectful and professional customer service, and the impact of neglecting these principles on both clients and staff
