Dr Farag has been our doctor for almost 3 years now. helped us through our first baby who is now 1.5 and we are now back again for our second baby.. looking after every small detail, guiding us through the way has made our life much easier.. his team is very friendly and we always feel welcome when we are there.. we highly recommend Dr Farag and His team..

Very hard to understand, goes 100 miles per hour. Twice my partner has booked an appointment to see him only to wait over an hour plus from her initial appointment time. Surgery staff have also told us that he is always late to his surgeries and wastes everyone’s time. Oh he also charges through the roof for a follow up appointment, around $300+. He did tell us that it’s usually $500 but he gave us the discounted rate of $300. Terrible

I have been a patient of Dr Farag for six years. In that time he has helped me with infertility, two miscarriages and welcomed my three beautiful children in a professional and caring way. He and his team have supported and guided my husband and I in difficult times and shared our joy and celebrated in the good. I highly recommend Dr Farag to be with you in your journey to becoming parents.

Dr Farag is simply put a money taker. We have had 2 horrific experiences through him. Every time we met him we felt more confused and felt like it is the blind leading the blind. He failed to complete a full medical assessment for my wife and now know that this failure ended in going through 2 cycles and spending $15K with little to no chance of success. We constantly asked questions and we’re always good “no, no, no”.

Dr Farag was amazing for my initial appointment today! He took his time with gathering past medical information and was fantastic with providing information for further medical procedures. Thank you for a great initial appointment and I would highly recommend him for any gynaecology procedures required.

I’ve debated as to whether I post this review or not. But after seeing another Dr, and the level of care I have received from him, I think I should. The shortest wait time I had with Farag was 3 hours.. that’s right, the SHORTEST. The longest was a 5 hour wait. Then when you actually see him, the communication isn’t there and very unorganised. I don’t know how he can work with an office so dirty and untidy. Stacks of paperwork everywhere, wouldn’t surprise me if he had papers from patients 30 years ago still floating around. Don’t even start on the reception staff. The only pleasant experience I had here was with the ultrasound tech. The receiption staff were disgusting, and that’s being nice. One of them being his wife, who seemed to be jealous and “annoyed” at her husband helping other females. Then when I finally had surgery, I was made to feel as if my symptoms and issues were in my head and he felt the surgery was a waste of time because he felt he would find nothing.. well a 5+ hour surgery later, that clearly wasn’t the case. I ended up staying in the hospital for a week, and struggled to be treated properly because he never documented anything properly for other staff to know what happened. After the surgery, I never heard or spoke to him again. He didn’t see me while in hospital, and a follow up was never made. When you’re paying $200+ each appt, not including any other tests etc that you need, then you expect the treating physician to idk do his JOB. It wasn’t until I started seeing a different OBGYN that I realised how unhappy I was with this experience. The care I’ve received from my new doctor has opened my eyes as to how caring and thorough a doctor should be.

I saw Dr Farag several years ago and felt he does not have the time to give appropriate patient care. I felt dismissed at every consult and wish I had never spent money at this practice for no result. The receptionist are all nasty and I would highly recommend a big change in this practice.
