Michael Hill Canberra Jewellery Store

I went in to ask how much and how long it would be to clean my wedding rings and the woman (can’t recall her name but she had shorter grey/white hair) said that it would be free and would take 15 minutes. She was very lovely, gave me some great advise and my rings look so beautiful now! Thank you so so much 💕 I’m so very happy.

Went into the store and asked for assistance with necklace chains. The group of 3 workers looked at me and then proceeded to keep chatting. One of them offered help to a man who had just walked into the store without requesting help, unlike myself. After she left, the workers continued chatting with each other and did not help me.

Awful customer service. Drove 25 mins to come in store to send my ring in for the yearly warranty inspection and we were ignored by the staff no one bothered to come and offer us assistance. Then we were kicked out because the fire alarms started going off which stopped like a minute later and they closed their shop.

Worst experience I have ever had with a manager (Jennifer ) i'm unsatisfied with her customer service, she was arguementive, unapologetic, rude, and unhelpful. Didnt appericate being consistently lied to and never following through with anything said. Finally got a result from some lovely lady at customer service at head office.

Don’t waste your time with this store. Was gifted a gold chain for Christmas which snapped 2 days later after barely touching it. Wrong information was provided to buyer regarding the warranty and return process over Xmas period and the staff member I dealt with was rude, unhelpful and simply wasn’t interested in a resolution except to pay them more money to fix their rubbish quality jewellery. I will be spending my money elsewhere to get it fixed and will not shop at this store again. Disappointing!!!
