09-04-2023 05:16Love the shop; I bring all my donations here as I love to support a good organisation who genuinely helps society; most staff members are very grateful and friendly.Nice place to shop on occasion aswell, although price randomness is bewildering; some things are crazily cheap but many things are very expensive and that's fine if new or near new but I refer to things clearly well-worn selling for $30 etc; this would be offputting for a lot of people;just one other thing would be great: not everybody celebrates Christmas so if staff could remember and be mindful to not make assumptions and wish customers/donors a merry christmas it would be respectful and much appreciated; obviously the intention is good but it's time society as a whole acknowledged diversity.

08-19-2023 12:36Visited in February 2022. As other reviewers have commented, the store is terribly overpriced. The volunteers lack the expertise to price accurately - stained u0026 torn garments were on the floor for $15 u0026 $30 respectively. Additionally, there appears to be a distinctively hierarchical structure to the volunteer staff (as evidenced by the conversations held in full earshot of the public). Although I got a few good things, I won't return in a hurry.

07-04-2023 00:53Toddler shorts are ten dollars and clothing your children here will cost twice the cost of buying brand new. Op shops used to serve the community and be a place you could give your stuff with some life left in them so someone else in the community could use them. Now common people can't afford to buy second hand and have no choice but to buy brand new items and because red Cross aren't selling anything to common people they don't have the space to accept donations and common folk have to throw their bought brand new items into the garbage. There's no throughput. It's just a big stagnant hole that drives people to generate garbage on a dying planet.
