I love Sephora, but this store always fails to assist or ask me for help. Chatting to other staff members while on the floor and side eyeing customers who clearly are lost and need help, it puts me off coming here. I’d rather go to Mecca if this just keeps happening.

The staff here are experts with the products and are super friendly. One of the ladies who is also an mua helped shade match a new concealer and tried different products on me, it was hard to not buy everything she used. Highly recommend this store but best to go earlier in the day when it's less busy if you need extra assistance.
