Extremely poor customer service. Whilst providing a good range of clothes boots and other quality items the brand is renowned for, it appears that the staff I encountered today had no interest in providing any form of customer service. After 10mins of browsing I was not offered any assistance, when I asked I was scoffed at for wanting to try a pair of boots. Who then proceeded to tell me that they could process no payments for the day. Incredibly disappointed and will be passing my experience through to management. Hoped for better, won't be returning.

As is to be expected, RMW staff are friendly and efficient. I dropped in to replace an RMW belt gift which was too small. The staff were engaged and helpful and I was effortlessly able to swap for a larger size and be on my way. Certainly RMW gear is expensive; however, I have found the quality (1 pair each of: black and brown craftsmen boots) to be of a very high standard (one pair of boots are 15+ years old, well used and going strong) which, provides genuine value for money when longevity is taken into account.

Had a good experience buying a pair for the wife on Black Friday, unfortunately they don’t offer any discount for this occasion. Have my eyes set for the crocodile leather bespoke boots for myself… Natalie was a great person with deep knowledge about the product and seems like she enjoys her work a lot too.

I had purchased two items: the Leather conditioner and the Comfort Craftsman Boot in size 7.5. The salesperson assured me that the boot was available at another store and would be promptly shipped to my address.Upon going to collect the item from the post office, I was dismayed to find only the conditioner available. It took considerable effort to reach the Canberra store and clarify why my boot had not been delivered. The salesperson confirmed over the phone that the item was out of stock and unavailable, leaving me to wait for a frustrating two months to receive my boot.I must express my profound dissatisfaction with this situation. Firstly, I was never informed of this prior to contacting the store. Secondly, waiting for two months to obtain a pair of boots is highly unsatisfactory. Moreover, considering the substandard service I encountered with R.M. Williams, I have requested a full refund.

Natalie the store manager offered great service! She’s full of energy and enthusiasm. RM Williams having her as the manager is the best decision they made!

Amazing customer service from Shekhar. Very thorough and professional. Bought 2 pairs of boots. Went above and beyond with his attention to detail. I found out i was sized incorrectly with previous pair. Never felt uncomfortable or sterotyped by him. I would highly recommend Shekhar if you would like advise on a great pair of boots without the attitude that some have shown me in the past.

Truly non existent customer service. Waited 20+ mins at the counter for someone to serve me. No acknowledgment while staff seemed “busy” writing things on tickets and doing anything other than making eye contact with customers. Gave up in the end and walked out.
