The other day I came in to buy my SO a gift and instantly I was warmly welcomed by Ollie, who went out of his way to help me find the right size (from out back) and assisted me greatly in my shopping experience. And Ashley was also absolutely wonderful, and helped me choose the right top. We all had a lovely chat and honestly their customer service alone is enough to make me want to come back every day. They are so kind and gorgeous, great staff. So to their bosses - well done for choosing such beautiful people to work in your store.

Poor customer service. Walked in and saw three young staff sitting on the back bench all on their phones gossiping.I for one will not be going back there.
