08-01-2023 00:44We had a fantastic experience at Will St. The moment we walked in we were greeted by a friendly staff member and then shown to our table. Our waitstaff (Megan) was lovely and very attentive. Even though the restaurant was very busy, there wasn’t a single moment where we felt like we ‘waited’ for service. The menu is extensive and Megan was really helpful in choosing some good options. The dishes that were original and creative. The produce was very fresh and the mixture of flavour profiles gave the ingredients a whole other level. The food did have a generous level of heat, but we did expect that. This venue might be tricky for those that have a low tolerance for spice. Decent wine list. The cocktails were okay, but I think they could use a bit of work. Atmosphere was really nice, but a little noisy. Overall, we had a great time and I’d love to come back!
