07-21-2023 20:48I usually love Country Road and I totally understand the issues they are having with their online orders and have had to cancel mine as it's been four weeks and counting. What I don't appreciate is that there is no click and collect options in Sydney CBD stores and no one answers the phone at Pitt Street or QVB. There is no customer service at all. Very disappointing. Every other retailer picks up their phones! Definitely room to improve.

07-19-2023 02:49Terrible customer service! Made to feel like something they'd stepped in! They knew me, but acted indifferent. Incredibly rude! Winter last year, I was exchanging a cream coloured cashmere jumper, for another cashmere jumper in a different style. When the jumper arrived they analysed mine with a fine tooth comb, noticing spots that hadn't been there previously, declaring mine unfit for resale - they then kept mine (ie, what was MY PROPERTY) in the store for several days, refusing to contact me, or answer the phone when I tried to contact them. (I was NEVER apologised to. I was a very loyal customer - a gold member, but I've given up on most of that now*) My only option was to contact head office and mention the fact that they had my property, I was unable to talk to them, and we'd made arrangements for an exchange. Since that event, I've lost an incredible amount of respect for Country Road, especially its stores. Staff should know that their treatment of customers has a lasting impression! I prefer to purchase online, but even that has its problems - things arrive sooner when they're shipped from the UK, than when ordered from CR, pandemic or no pandemic. People will always shop online more or less than before COVID-19. Doesn't explain why overseas companies are far more efficient than CR. *See my review of CR QVB

05-25-2023 17:12The customer service was absolutely pathetic even though the number of staff far exceeded the number of customers. J wasn't greeted or offered any assistance and worse still the staff appeared to be looking down their noses at me...not sure if my expensive down coat was too low brow for them. They best realise that brick and mortar retail requires staff to provide good service. Had I not been buying a present that had been specifically requested I would 100% have left.

05-24-2023 01:01It’s a great store! They have great service and a brilliant range of products! They have a quiet environment with helpful staff that fill your every need in a store that does the same. Even though it has all of that it has no life. I felt hat something is missing to make it better.

05-08-2023 16:30Had a faulty item I needed exchanged, and when I realised I’d purchased from David Jones county road instead of the actual store they even called ahead to David Jones Elizabeth street to let them know I was coming and had the new item ready for me to exchange before I even got there. Amazing customer service from both teams and super understanding and kind staff!
