Matt from MJV reinstalled my kitchen sink as it was leaking into the cupboards below. Reinstalled kitchen mixer and did all the under sink piping. Really happy with the work: it is neat and done well. He’s a patient guy who answered all my pedantic questions with a positive nature. Accounts payable team was good too - easy to deal with and lovely all round! Will work with them again should I have any plumbing needs in the future.

I am not one for giving negative reviews however enough is enough with Mjv Plumbing who came out to change over a kitchen mixer tap and failed to connect fittings correctly which has resulted in a leak that has caused over $6000 damage. Mjv Plumbing was made aware of the issue and has made no attempt to even come out to inspect the home and damage caused as a result. I have tried to contact them multiple times, SMS, calls and emails in which all correspondence has been ignored. This is not the company you want to engage for any work in your home, office or business for the simple fact that once they have been paid and something goes wrong you will be left to pay for the damage caused.

MJV Plumbing replaced our ancient outdoor hot water heater. They did a fantastic job, and showed great problem-solving skills and attention to detail. They were professional and attentive, and addressed all our concerns. They were able to move the heater and our outdoor tap to a more appropriate position, and this has made a huge difference to the appearance of our backyard and garden. We have no hesitation in giving them the highest possible recommendation for anyone looking for high quality and professional plumbing services.

I had some renovations/repairs that I needed assistance with, but wasn’t sure what was involved ie. whether I would need a plumber/electrician or other tradesperson and what sequence to organise the work in. I had heard good things about MJV Plumbing so I called them first hoping they could shed some light on project requirements. I spoke to Michael and he couldn’t have been more helpful. Not only did he talk me through what would be involved... but he offered for MJV Plumbing to project manage the entire project, liaising with electrician and others as required. The work was scheduled within a few days, and surprisingly completed within a day. Not sure how they managed to organise all the components so efficiently, but it was seamless. We couldn’t be happier with the results and service. Will definitely use MJV Plumbing again.

I highly recommend MJV Plumbing. I have old, damaged pipes which block up frequently and suddenly. Having Joanne in the office, appointments can be made straight away, there's no playing phone tag with the tradie. For urgent situations, they have always managed to get someone out that day. Michael took the time to contact me himself and explain short and long term options and costs as ultimately I am looking at a costly pipe replacement job. They always clean up after the job too. Fantastic service all round.

How do you rate a great plumbing service? Providing a clear quote, turning up on time to fix the problem, working hard until the job was done, and no problems since. Michael and his team did everything I was hoping for and really well. As a family, we were really happy with the result. As a woman working from home, everyone was very nice to deal with I never felt uncomfortable working in the house, they were a really lovely bunch of professionals. I would recommend them to anyone. We have been using MJV Plumbing as our resident plumber for the commercial property within the family. Most recently, the tenant reported that there was a leak in the shop. Once we called Jo, she and Mike basically took it from there. A little while later, I received an update call, and shortly after, an invoice and photos showing us what had been done. MJV had gotten in touch with our real estate agent, arranged with the tenant and delivered the work on their own accord. And not a single complaint from our tenant of course! We highly recommend MJV for their customer first approach, professionalism, quick work and fair pricing.
