Eddy was fantastic. Easy to deal with, explained the job and progress along the way. Cleaned up after job. Megan also very helpful in office. I would Recommend using neighbourhood plumbing.

Unfortunately the person they sent could not identify the root cause and quoted my wife above $1,500 just to replace parts. House is quite new so made no sense to me. Sourced a second opinion who charged half the call out fee and did a thorough inspection of our property found the supply issue and got it resolved next day. We initially contacted you based on all the good reviews but even the customer service was subpar so this must just be our unlucky day.

Mark u0026 Chris did an excellent job of replacing the tap u0026 leaking pipe at the front of my house. They were polite, arrived on time u0026 job was completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend u0026 would definitely use again for any future work required.

Absolutely wonderful and trustworthy plumbers. Came out within 1/2 hour of my calling and gave me a quote. Also told me that my unit was quite old and likely to break down again. Gave me a very good discount and had a new one installed 4 hours later. I highly recommend them, without reservation.

Eddy installed my new toilet and took the old one away last week on Thursday. Friday evening I texted him that it's leaking - he replied that he'll be back Sat. Eddy arrived and repaired the leakage and also adjusted the toilet seat as well which was a bonus. I waited a week before writing this review to ensure there were no other issues and I'm happy to report that my toilet is working perfectly. Thank you Eddy for your professionalism and great work. Great guys to work with, know their work very well. Did a really good job in clearing the blockage in my drain and professional. However forgot to re-install my synthetic grass back to its original state after it was removed for investigations. Hence one less star.
