10-17-2023 21:09James and his apprentice, Bailey, were cheerful, efficient, responsive and flexible. They had a job to do and they got on with it while also being friendly and respectful. They looked out for naughty cats trying to sneak into spaces they weren’t allowed, they were careful with cleanliness and making sure the walls weren’t bumped or marked. I received a quote and it did not change after job completion. They took any little hurdles in their stride and just got on with it after consulting with the client (me).
