Worst experience. If I could give zero stars I would. 4 failed cycles, the dosage was not high enough and therefore very low chance of getting a decent amount of eggs. They took the eggs when the follicles were not even close to being big enough. I have asked if they could increase my dose but the says only with private treatment with doctor Sterling no with bulk billing. They also do not do blood tests at all. Go somewhere else, don't waste your time and money here.

My husband and I are super excited that we are finally expecting a baby after 4 years of infertilty. We ended up with 4 healthy embryos and the first round was a success and i am currently 13 weeks pregnant. The whole cycle ran so smoothly thanks to the whole team at the clinic! They are so professional, very lovely and open to any strange questions you might have. I definitely will recommend this clinic to anyone. It's a shame some of the reviews are not so good as we can't find any fault with the clinic. We will be back for our other babies :):)

Update: got pregnant on my second cycle and first transfer👍 I have been with this clinic for my second year now and cannot praise their professionalism enough. The reception and nurses are so helpful and never fail to inform me. Their system is professional and easy. Everything is now online - quick donor system you can choose and select from. I’m doing a full private cycle at their clinic and it is affordable. Dr Sterling has been the best and he has been personal and warm. He is funny and he is all about positivity and being as less stressed as possible. I have been doing egg retrieval without full anaesthetic and he and the nurses have been so compassionate and caring. I see a bit of negative reactions. A pancake has two sides. I know we are all high on hormones and therefor highly emotional, but we also know that IVF is not successful for everyone so failed cycles, doing bulk billing ivf etc is often bounded and influenced by other factors. IVF bulk billing has different set standards than having a full private cycle - thats on Medicare, not the clinic. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a clinic that cares 💯

Horrific experience. They dismissed my horrendous pain during and after my egg retrieval saying that sometimes people don't respond as well to the pain relief during, did not offer any potential causes or investigations and refused to look into the possibility that I also had some level of hyperstimulation. What happened was the doctor pinched a nerve in my abdomen (from my own research). Afterwards they refused to let us continue on the bulk billing program and said our only option was to go into the full fee paying program. Glenn is also an obnoxious elitist. The really unfortunate aspect of this is that all of the nurses we dealt with were so incredibly lovely and very supportive. They then have the audacity to send me multiple texts and emails asking for a review. Couldn't do zero stars, but the are undeserving of this 1 I have given.

My husband and I can't speak highly enough of Glenn and his team. We will be forever grateful to Glenn for getting us our daughter, he was always so supportive and caring when we were going through tough times and we loved his sense of humour, my husband especially. The nurses and admin staff were also so lovely and very efficient, my questions were always answered and my emails responded to in a timely manner and everyone was always so welcoming and friendly when we went into the clinic. Everyone made our journey just that little bit easier 😊 We can never thank you all enough for everything.

My husband and I had been trying for 5 years before seeking help. We weren't taken seriously by our first clinic, and recieved no answers as to why we couldn't conceive. Living in Darwin at the time the doctors and nurses at Life Fertility made things so easy, we finally recieved some answers and were given the go ahead to start IVF treatment. The nurses and doctors have been so incredible, constant communication, professional, supportive, they made me feel so comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. After our first transfer ended in a miscarriage, they reached out and offered us support. We had our 2nd transfer and are now expecting our first baby to join us in August and we can't thank Life Fertility enough 🙏🏻 there is no other clinic I would recommend.

I asked if they could increase my dose and I was told I would need to go private with doctor Sterling, which I would never do. Also unprofessional of him to walk around in the recovery room asking how many eggs women got. Felt like I was cattle. They also do not do blood tests at all. Go somewhere else, waste of time and money. We changed last year and couldn't be happier where we are now.

5 months, 3 embryo transfers. They lost half my eggs during my 2nd egg collection because they miscalculated my trigger shot. I was given a very high dose of Estrogen for 2 months straight with no break. Now I have discharge coming from one nipple and need to get a mammogram. I will never be doing IVF again.
