12-04-2023 03:31My GP is great; I’ve never had to wait for my appointments, never been overcharged and no complaints. HOWEVER, the walls and doors are paper thin and every single word exchanged in the consultation room can be heard in the waiting area!! No privacy at all. Also as of February 23, the next available appointment is April 12. The reception does not answer the phone for half an hour because they are on “another call”. I’m switching the healthcare provider so I can receive a continuous care.

11-07-2023 16:26I’ve been with Dr Victoria Featherstone for a bit over a couple of years now. She’s a wonderful GP with excellent bedside manner and friendly with a great attitude and always has time for me. She has gone above and beyond for me in the past. This practice is incredible, and Dr Featherstone is a life saver. Dysphoria was literally killing me and she helped me turn my whole world around. I am a totally different person now than I was 3 years ago.

09-11-2023 06:14Dr. Fiona Bishop is fantastic, the best in her industry. Kind, patient, knowledgeable, absolute 10 out of 10. She is worth the money. The only is ongoing hit or miss customer service from the reception, particularly over the phone, they're not always professional. My most recent unpleasant experience was today with Julie, who gave out incorrect information and had a very uninterested and uncaring tone. I fortunately got Mattew on my follow up call, who knows what he's doing and is wonderfully professional in his demeanour. Their management, Tracy, is not much better. When I called today because I got a message from the office asking for another appointment that I wad not expecting and could not afford as I just lost my job, I was in extreme distress. There was no customer service in this woman's phone manner, she was argumentative when she was the one speaking over me and unable to provide a simple answer for over 10 minutes despite the answer being very simple. All I required were assurances and some basic customer service but i got essentially told off. And when I complained about Julie, this was completely brushed off. It's a bit of a roll of the dice over the phone with them it seems. I'm starting to wonder if dealing with 2/3 of the teams lack of professionalism is even worth going to Dr. Bishop anymore....

08-08-2023 13:58I was a HHMP patient in Sydney for years. When I moved to Brissie just as Covid hit, I opted to allow the public sector to look after my care. After three years in their treatment, and unhappy with the service, it was time to go back to HHMP. My new GP, Fiona Bisshop, made me feel at ease. It was the first time in 3 years I had an adult, non-patronising, conversation about my condition. Fiona also offered some new treatment options, of which, I wasn''t even made aware by public doctors. Thanks Fiona and team. It's good to be home! Stephen Doyle

After so many years I felt like I should write a positive review because Dr Fiona Bishop genuinely saved my life and I wouldn't be here without her. side note: I am very poor and basic living expenses take up 70% of my income, despite that if your reading this and struggling I still recommending trying to find out what payment plans/ Medicare options can work for you in terms of accessing private healthcare. I have always had amazing experience with private doctors and specialists. And the quality of public healthcare in Australia is horrible and most of the time ended up costing me even more money then private.
