10-16-2023 00:11Staff are nice but I waited over 4hrs for a job that took 45mins for a drive belt replacement. Even worse, the repair wasnt done properly and the next morning the belts were loose, made a horrible sound when the buyer came to pick up the car. I lost $300 on the sale, $200 on the repairs and 4hours of my life. Never again 👎

07-07-2023 01:40I got a flat tyre and was replaced with my Toyota’s service, but found the quotation a bit different from what Bridgestone’s store price on the website, so I decided to get it done with Bridgestone. I called there Mitchell store, clarified clearly that I need ONLY ONE tyre to replace the flat one, and clearly specified the tyre’s size, even gave them my number plate. It was EP 150 205/55R16, I repeated twice, and was advised that they couldn’t do it until 4PM because it was lunch time when I called. Fair enough, however, as I didn’t want to go to my office and leave again after 3 hours, I rang the Fyshwick one - which is not too far, only 15 minutes away from my work, to see if they have any slots earlier than 4PM. I, again, provided all details to the person in Fyshwick, and luckily got told that I can come in asap. I drove all the way from Taylor to Fyshwick, and found out they got my information wrongly. They don’t have any EP 150, and thought that I wanted to change 4 tyres???? Their excuses was “It was my bad I’m sorry I didn’t clarify with you”. Okay, that’s fine, mistake happens, I asked them if any stores across their chain have the tyre I’m looking for, they checked on the system and told me “Our Phillip has 4”. I rang the Phillip store (and provided my information for the 3rd time), and got confirmed that they do have it. I got there, waited for 10 minutes, only to be told that “We have a bit of an issue, one of our boys put on the system that we have 4, but we don’t have any, no store have it”. Great, I almost 2 hours running around for nothing, and all they can offer was an apology. I will surely complain this to their Customer Service department. If you are reading this review, I will not try to talk you into something, but I thought everyone who are planning to use their service, should know how they work and how their inventory system is being managed. At least I will never come back for their service.

07-04-2023 19:15Service like trash! Very rude and disrespectful ! Because I am an foreigner and could not follow the professional words. The mechanism Adam talked to me with meanest attitude . And quote unbelievable high amount try to make me purchase the service in their shop. What Adam suggested to replace the parts of my car which are all function well and didn’t even try to look at the real problem. Just want to earn your money and treat you like a fool.
