Loved my recent stay with the Pullman. Not only were we greeted by extremely friendly staff, guiding and catering to our requests but we also received a complimentary bottle of wine which went down a treat. There were luxurious gowns, slippers and the water station was right near our hotel room on our level. We spotted a hair straighter which was so handy -- a first for me! The foyer and two entry points were terrific and beautifully designed. Thank you to all the staff that were working between Monday, 20th November to Wednesday, 23 November 2023. Have already been recommending to family and friends!
