I’ve never had an accident before and I had no idea what was going on or what to do- thankfully I was put onto Jess, who is like a little car angel on your shoulder. The car I was loaned was really nice, new and clean. I’m grateful for their help and would recommend them to all!

Jess u0026 her team are nothing short of AMAZING! A not at fault accident is extremely scary at the time u0026 full of the unknowns of what is to follow. Chase Car Hire were absolutely brilliant in helping me recently after a not at fault accident. Chase Car hire have been absolute legends to deal with after a car accident where I wasn't at fault. They had a car out to me within hours of the accident and even fought the insurance company to get the car hire for longer on my behalf. I can't recommend them any higher. Jess and Thanasi were both amazing to deal with, very knowledgeable about the whole process of dealing with insurance and the automotive industry in general.
