New showroom on Victoria St, really great customer service and really great sustainable, amazing-quality timber materials. Highly recommend to anyone whether its flooring or cladding. Awesome doing business!

At best uncaring, potentially fraudulent. We paid Eco Timber over 20K for their services. Then we never heard back from them. Suddenly we received a phonecall that apparently their system was hacked and someone changed the bank account details. We tried to work with Eco Timber and were referred to the general manager who never answered any phonecalls and only responded to a single text message. Afterwards we took this case to the police without any support from eco timber. We will be pursuing legal action next. In Eco Timber's defense, their sales person Joe Garzia has been professional and kind. Update: After posting this review, the owner of the company has reached out and is attempting to help. I will update this post as we progress.

installation many years ago was ok. we have requested follow up on damaged timber boards and have received no assistance. Adam has promised us numerous times that he will call back and make a time but has not followed through. In fact he's constantly making excuses and very little communication u0026 effort made. It's been a number of months now since calling Eco Timber and disappointingly NOTHING. Very upset with company, I would NOT use them again . They provide no after sales support or repairs. Shame after spending $$$ with them.

Do not deal with or believe a word this company say! I had over 3 witnesses including an architect, who heard the salesmanship dialogue, promising no fading, no scratching, hard wearing etc for my engineered timber floor. After the floor was laid, I contacted them to complain of splintering and fading but no one was interested in speaking to me. I sent several emails with details and photos with no reply. I was eventually told they no longer stock the product I purchased so there was nothing they could do. Extremely poor service and so disappointing for a very expensive outlay.

We entrusted ecotimber services for help with several projects at our home, and all I can say is WOW!! FABULOUS staff, professional service, nothing was too much trouble, took the time to talk me through everything. We selected a beautiful product for floors throughout our house, external decking and fencing, easy process, stunning finish!! Cannot recommend highly enough, we have just begun discussions With Eco timber group as to improvements at our holiday home, can't wait!!! 5 STARS and a massive thanku to josh and staff at Eco timber for making out home beautiful!!

Our Architect sent us here and I have to say these guys know their stuff when it comes to timber!! They were both passionate and intuitive with our design. It was such a great experience and a totally unexpected one on how well they present as a timber yard (their showroom is amazing!) Thanks again ECO team, you really helped us achieve the look we wanted and actually cared to listen! Everyplace we went to in the process really didn't excite or inspire us but I think they nailed it! Highly recommend people! If it's ideas on what to do in timber, they do it better then anyone we came across and made it really seem easy and actually fun!

The worst service ever. The third time I have ordered now and every time I have to chase up for the invoice and then chase up for the delivery. The last order took 6 weeks for delivery as they lost the order in the system! Also be prepared for prices to go up massively after receiving a quote and to pay $300 delivery charges!

Worst experience ever. I have been waiting for 2 hours on weekends for the delivery. And I am already 1 hour late for the date with my girlfriend. The delivery is still not here. I paid in full and waited for a long time. But I still got nothing. Well，not noting，I got a big fight with my girl friend. By the way，I got stood up 3 times already in 1 delivery. Most stupid choice in my entire life.
