Wish there were no stars to narrate my experience but that wasn't an option. The worst quality of the furniture and even bad customer service. The warranty with their products (with even the most expensive flagship products) is a fake way to sell low quality stuff. The customer care doesn't care once the goods are delivered to you and they have taken your money and the store or the store manager are no help at all. I bought a total of approx. $4000 worth of products and my complaint was regarding the bedhead of an Aragon Queen Bed. The low quality and broken plywood was extremely well hidden and was only visible once the back stapled cover was removed. Once the warranty claim was filed (well within the warranty duration), the customer care declined the claim without talking to me or sending someone to inspect the issue reported. The store manager Matt wasn't able to help as well and has no say in getting the issue repaired or product replaced. worst experience and never going to purchase from AMART WEST GOSFORD again. AVOID AT ALL COST!
