11-13-2023 06:22My mum, my partner and I have been to this cake shop for a while. It’s just around the corner from our place. Dimitri is just amazing. He has been recommending many cakes and he always gets it right. At first, we came in to have a quick look and then, we haven’t stopped coming back. He is so friendly, he knows his stuff! He is truly FANTASTIC. I would strongly recommend to come and try the cakes, my favourite: the baklava and the apple pie!! Thanks Dimitri for such a great experience in this beautiful cake shop!

10-09-2023 01:40There's reasons as to why Christophers' has been open since 1955. I have not come across any item from there that is not delicious. I could try to recommend my personal highlights but the list would just be toooo long. Everything is just amazing. But not only do they have the best treats but the customer service is also impeccable. Ultra friendly and always willing to help with a smile, good old fashioned service. There's absolutely nothing negative I could say, maybe they make it very difficult to lose weight 🤔

10-07-2023 02:48I recently purchased Galaktoboureko from Christopher's Cakes, and I must say I am extremely disappointed with the recent changes. I've been a loyal customer for a while, but the experience I had with my most recent purchase has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. First and foremost, it's evident that the size of the Galaktoboureko has been significantly reduced, while the price remains the same. This is a clear example of a company prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction. The smaller portion is a blatant rip-off, making me feel like I'm being taken advantage of as a loyal customer. The joy of savoring this delectable dessert has been diminished by this downsizing. The Galaktoboureko used to be a treat worth every penny, but now it feels like I'm paying the same amount for what is essentially an appetizer-sized portion. It's disheartening to witness such a decline in quality and value. Moreover, the taste and texture of the Galaktoboureko have also suffered due to this reduction in size. It feels dry and lacks the richness and indulgence I had come to associate with Christopher's Cakes. It's as if they've sacrificed quality along with quantity. I expected better from a business I've patronized for so long, and I'm genuinely disappointed by these changes. It's a clear example of Christopher's Cakes putting profits above customer satisfaction, and it's a shame to see a once-beloved establishment lose its way. I hope they reconsider their decision to reduce the size of their Galaktoboureko and strive to provide a more satisfying experience for their customers. Until then, I'll be looking for alternatives that offer better value and quality for my dessert cravings.

06-22-2023 12:18Christopher’s cakes are delicious, reasonably priced and have loads of available cakes at all times. Tried every other fancy cake shop in east Sydney and I always come back to this place. Cakes aren’t sickly sweet and are always fresh. They also have friendly staff. I don’t write reviews but these guys deserve my time and your business.

04-27-2023 01:32For Greeks, this is a home away from home. Delightful sweets and savoury pastries, with gorgeously aromatic kourambiedes and succulent galaktompoureko. Good Greek coffee and plenty of seasonal deserts (like vassilopita and tsoureki). But perhaps the loveliest part of this patisserie is the staff: Demetris, an admirable professional that balances personal service with astonishingly efficient managing, and Monica’s warm behaviour create such a lovely atmosphere that everyone coming in this place clearly felt at home - just smile and get ready for a nice warm chat.

04-14-2023 06:42Came across this treasure when waiting for a meeting to commence at the Beresford Hotel closeby. The intent was to get myself a cup of coffee, but I ended up doing the coffee and cake and bought some delicious desserts on display. Next time I will try the Greek specials. Might need to plan for it x but definitely worth going to for some yummy cakes!

04-07-2023 10:29This Greek Cake shop is known for its delicious Pastries, Cakes, Coffee and a huge varieties of desserts. I have tasted a piece of their authentic Greek Baklava, which is very popular among Greek, Turkish and Middle Eastern nations, is a layer of deliciousness filled with chopped Almonds and coated with sweet syrup. Tasted a piece of Baby Cashew Fingers, which is a roll stuffed with delicious caramelized chopped Cashew and topped with Sugar syrup. I become a fan of this place and now planning to taste each and every thing they have in their menu.
