Same day consolidation and procedure. Very well done happy with it all, yes had to pay the $1000+ upfront but the receptionist put it all through to Medicare there and then thank you for that. I would recommend.

If you want a positive and easy experience go to Southbank Day Surgery instead. Oxford would not bill my private health fund directly because it is not one they work with often so now I have to pay upfront and go through the hassle of submitting claims to my insurance. They also can't guarantee when I will get the coding form to submit to my health fund so I don't know when I will receive my money back. I asked their senior leadership to look into this and I didn't even receive the courtesy of a response. Southbank billed the same health fund a few months ago with no issues and is much more helpful for patients. Go there instead. The doctors at Oxford are wonderful but the hospital's financial policies are not focused on patients at all.

Phone contact - including texts - are unhelpful and totally oriented to their needs rather than clients'. Wasting our time on long recorded messages and incomplete instructions shows lack of regard for (yours and) my needs. Let's hope their surgeons are better than their managers!

Surgeon Dr Chan, first class. Took over with some big shoes to fill and fills them very well. Nursing staff courteous, through and make me feel at ease. After care very good, nurses communicate and take good care of wounds. Reception good. Over all experience very good, even though they are cutting chunks out of me!
