11-11-2023 20:42I had an appointment at 9:35 last Thursday at the Genius Bar and was given the help from Bella - I had tried to update my 10 year old Mac and only succeeded in the computer freezing on me. Bella's professionalism, courtesy and thoughtfulness enabled me to have my computer updated and restored to how it was. 5 Stars are not enough. Thanks heaps!!

09-19-2023 07:28Wanted to trade in my iphone 12, but i had to be 18? (i'm 17) The thing is, the person servicing me didnt tell me i had to be 18 until he had taken the screen protector off, and wasted 20 minutes checking the phone for internal damage with software? I came back and bought the new phone outright, still alittle upset and confused.. But the service was quick and easy while buying outright.

06-28-2023 07:59Manager LIED to me and my friend about being able to give us his repaired phone back without ID. So we waited 3 hours and came back and the SAME guy we gave the broken phone wouldnt give it back. After some trouble he went and got the SAME manager and came back saying none of this was true. Now we have to drive all the way home and back the next day. They dont have your interests at heart and will make you wait hours before saying no.

06-25-2023 18:43So I arrive early for my 9am appointment to pick up my macbook pro I paid for. I get greeted by a few nice people. The macbook is right in front of me. There is a backend issue and I am told I have to wait. Given the fuel and time it would have taken to drive home. What insued was abit over 3 hours of waiting and I have to buy the macbook a second time. My original one will be refunded in upto 7 days but putting me behind. They said they will look into making the price alittle easier to swallow. Instead of this they offered to open it up and upgrade the software. A process that anyone can do in minutes for free anytime. This literally adds 0 value, none... Yet it was played off like it was making up for it. Absolutely 0 value.... I was so excited for this laptop. Now I can't help but feel shafted and like I got a really bad deal. All my excitement is gone for this device. I have not even made it home and the buyers remorse is immense... It may not seem like a big deal but I don't think I'll go through this again. I'll be taking the family back to Windows I think.

05-13-2023 01:49A disappointing visit. I had purchased Gen3 EarPods online. When I got them they didn’t fit and kept falling out. I called the store and they said I had thrown out the box with attachments. I thought well that’s my stupidity so I bought another set. There are no attachments for Gen3 Airpods Now I have two sets at $400+ AirPods that are Useless to me. So I booked into the store and calmly said I am interested in a new iPad as well as additional gear if they could just do some sort of exchange for the second pair I had never worn. I Didn’t ask for a refund on first pair or second pair. Offered a win, win situation. Young fella took it to the manger and he said outright no. Not happening. You bought them more than 14 days ago. No interest in the bad information I’d received earlier or even trying to try to sort it. I was ready to spend $2k+ in the shop with a new iPad, accessories and a new set of noise cancelling earphones and travel headphones. I had bag full of an old IPad and 3 phones to trade in or recycle. Was considering another work phone. I got an outright no. Therefore I didn’t buy a single thing. Not sure how they train them there but if that was my franchise or my business and a store manager did that in this market I would be out of my skin on the lack of for-site. Your loss not mine. Oh, and you’ve lost all future business from me, my company and any staff phones I need to replace. Well done, I wish you all the best. I hope the store owner/franchisee/manger gets this and perhaps he can teach his people about thinking about the big picture.
