The Clarendon Centre

Convenientlt Located, The Clarendon Centre, might be small in size, but big on Service, as it offers an array of Services to cater for the Local Community as a whole. There is ample parking facilities on or off site and Toilet ammenities for Customers.

Good range if shops and choice of eateries.

The parking is for 90 minutes. If you stay in Coles for a minute extra, you have to pay 8$s. Coles staff claimed that the parking belongs to a corporate and its not theirs.

For a shopping centre it's quite small really but it's in a great location and with free 1.5 hours underground car parking on busy Clarendon Street it was the perfect choice today for a quick visit to both Coles and Bakers Delight. The centre is always clean and bright and there's a reasonable range of stores including cafes, restaurants, florist, chemist, health u0026 beauty and lotto.

I wish people would stop taking Coles trolleys outside and leaving them on every street corner in South Melbourne, or security did more to stop people leaving the mall with trolleys. Coles recently got new trolleys (which are plastic btw) and already there are hardly any left. Its a problem that needs to be managed.

Be always alter re your surroundings. They have 2 security guards for a small centre, due to the locals. Hold onto your bag and phone. These are things easily snatched.

Very convenient small shopping complex for locals lacking a car. Coles, a barber, chemist, newsagent, and numerous eateries nearby.

Excellent Shopping Centre with all amenities that you need. There is a Coles, Bakers Delight and many Cafes located inside the centre. The centre includes a secure underground carpark that is easily accessible, and offers free parking for the first 1.5 hours. During my visit, I found the centre to be quite clean. The centre itself looks modern and up to date. There is plenty of seating and tables.
