The team unblocked the drain and also explained the condition of my plumbing to help me understand what further maintenance/upgrades I may need in the future - this was very helpful. Easy and professional service within expected price range. Online booked and they called to arrange time within about 15min. Brayden was easy to interact with, quickly reviewed the situation and provided an on-site quote to fix the leaking flexi-hose under the kitchen sink. Installed new stop valves and a new kitchen mixer at the same time - finished job looks great.

Be aware on-site quoting is not free if you decide not to go ahead on the spot. I rang the company for a blocked toilet due to a big tree in the yard. Usually it’s an hour of electric eel and it’s good for a few year. The quote from Watertight is over $900. I was shocked and decided to use another plumber, paying $300 at the end. Still had to pay Watertight $109 for the pleasure of getting the expensive quote. Customer service people were nice to deal with but could be clearer about quote fee.

Attended to a pipe leaking in my laundry very promptly, within 1 hour and did a very good job fixing it. Plumber was professional and friendly and took time to check a few other minor plumbing issues as well. I've been using Water Tight regularly for about 10 years and have always been happy with them.
