10-26-2023 04:35Our wedding cake was up there with one of the best cakes we have ever eaten. It was absolutely perfect on our pallets. It was light, airy and full of moisture. There was nothing about it that was dry or dense or crumbly. The chocolate was flavorsome and not over rich. Tracy did an incredible job making out perfect cake for celebrating after tying the knot. Tracy communicated with us promptly and was more than flexible with all our requests. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. I only wish I got a bigger cake because I truly couldn’t eat enough of it, but after 3 slices I needed to leave some for our guests.
