It's a really nice store for this chain. Very clean and well presented, despite being close to the beach. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. Gluten-free and dairy free options are available. It's always great to have a try before you buy option to be sure that you will enjoy new flavours. Be brave. I have been here a number of times for single scoops. They have a new range of doughnut sliders, which is best described as a doughnut ice cream sandwich. This time, I had a banana sundae. Delicious. Treat yourself.

Took the whole family there and everyone couldn't have been happier. Staff were great, icecream was delicious and the cones were the best I've ever eaten: crisp and tasty. Highly recommended!

Just been there at around 3:30. To busy standing at the back , near the door on her mobile phone. No greating, no nothing, just staring at us. Very disappointed. Customers not important enough. Go elsewhere. Somewhere better got my money.

My partner and I come to this store a lot but I went on Sunday night and had a horrible experience! The staff were more interested in closing than serving customers. When I finally got served it was like I was an inconvenience and the girl was so rude she basically threw my cup on the counter.

Worst service I have ever experienced in any store. Yesterday a worker made a point to let a customer asking for service know that she was ‘cleaning’ but would serve them anyway. The other workers then served customers who arrived after me. I thought maybe they were having a bad day and thought I would give them another shot. Again today customers who arrived after me were served before me. Staff clearly need customer service training. I went to Ben u0026 Jerry’s across the road. Friendly service and despite the busy time, was served fairly and in good timing.
