07-31-2023 18:01Myer mens department Gary and Riley THANKYOU for styling my teenage son Friday afternoon. He looks and feels absolutely amazing. Gary and Riley asked and listened to what my son liked. Fashion is a personal thing and they are both obviously well trained and their customer service was outstanding. They were mindful of cost as well. Highly recommend for good old fashion department store service

07-03-2023 10:19Thank you to the store manager Lisa for turning a very negative experience into a positive one. I purchased three clothing items yesterday from the Erina Fair store which where all damaged from the security tags. I messaged MYER on FB to advise what had happened and was devastated as I knew it was going to be unlikely I could find the same items again in the size I needed as they where on sale for a really good price. They said to go in store for a refund on the items and to expect a phone call to follow up. I took the items back in today and the First Lady I spoke to said there wasn’t anything they could do about the price and the item would just be written off. This was frustrating to hear as I really wanted the items but wasn’t happy that I was paying for what should be new and undamaged. So I spoke to the manager Lisa who without question gave me a further discount on one of the coats and managed to find another one of the other coats I had purchased which wasn’t as damaged but still somewhat marked. However I was happy to take it anyway as it wasn’t too bad. Shortly after I received a phone call from Lisa as she had received my feedback from the online team and she asked me to come back to the store to also give me a further reduction off the other coat also. Thank you so much Lisa for going over and above. You turned a negative experience around. I typically spend a good few hundred in this store almost every week and it was nice to be treated like I was really valued as a customer. It’s a rarity to find in retails these days and I really appreciate her time and service.

06-02-2023 00:39I went to purchase some shoes and approached a woman who was standing at the register and asked her for help with sizing. She told me that this wasn't her department and that as they were one staff member short I would have to wait. This wouldn't have been an issue except when another customer approached her some 5 minutes later, she went and looked for her shoes. This is very bad customer service. The sales women who did serve me was very efficient and I was able to purchase my shoes. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name.

04-05-2023 19:41I purchased a mattress and base from Danielle, who works for Sleepmaker at Myer in Erina Fair, on November 2nd. I recently received it on December 20th which is a LONG time to wait for a bed ensemble. I got a Sleepmaker Lifestyle Taranto Plush 8 which is NOT the bed I wanted to buy. I chose a different mattress that was an ultra plush and I even doubled check with Danielle at the check out to make sure it was the right mattress. Danielle replied and said it’s this mattress you asked for which is an ultra plush. It was important for me that I got the ultra plush because I have bad circulation. Before I decided on the mattress I wanted Danielle kept pushing for a different mattress that I ended up getting as if I couldn’t decide what I wanted even though I’m a middle aged adult. Danielle lied to my face and sold me the wrong mattress (Taranto plush 8) and she knew she would get away with it cause I had my hands full with my 2 kids. I bought it on the central coast and I told her the address I needed it delivered to was in Sydney. I didn’t check the receipt to make sure I paid for the right mattress because I put my trust into Danielle from Sleepmaker which was a massive mistake. What do I do now? I don’t want to return the mattress and wait another 18 days while sleeping on an air bed in my new rental because the air bed was causing me problems with my circulation and I was barely able to sleep on it. Now I’m stuck with a mattress I don’t want because of Danielle from Sleepmaker at Myer in Erina Fair.
