Absolutely disgraceful. Nathan spent an hour and a half at my place cleaning my gutters with a high pressure hose. He did not inform me or the neighbours of the mess it would make. In this time he also checked the drains without using a camera and said he’d have to come back to finish the gutters. He then charged me $800 and wanted payment there and then. As a woman I felt intimated by him as he become verbally loud when I refused. It was high way Robbery and I can only assume he laces his water with gold!!! Stay well away from him. I’m surprised he has any positive reviews at all.

Nathan was able to attend on short notice to fix our bathtub which was leaking everywhere. He arrived early, got the job fixed quickly and cleaned up the bathroom when the job was finished. Probably not the cheapest plumber but his fee was still reasonable and we were happy to pay as he was punctual, good to deal with and explained what the problem was and what needs to happen to fix this issue permanently (issue from poor workmanship when renovating 3 years ago)

Excellent service and very professional and just really nice to deal with. The cost of the job was very reasonable for the time it took to do the job and materials supplied. Would highly recommend.

Called Nathan on a recommendation from one of our daughters who had used him for work and we needed to replace the toilet flush unit, I pulled the old unit out and told him what I required and organised a time for him to attend to do the job that I could have done but I am time poor at the moment. Small job thought maybe a couple of hundred dollars, got a bill for callout fee, 1 hours labour for a job that took 25 minutes, cost of part $164 that is available in any hardware or plumbing outlet for $60 max. Got a bill for $500 plus, rang him the next day to discuss and got told thats the way it is. But it gets better, we now have a leak from the seal that he replaced that wasnt there previously which I will get fixed but certainly not by his company. Caveat emptor with this company and I wish I had read the Google reviews before I engaged them.

Worst ever Plumbing service. Beware of this guy as he do charge $130 call out fee from all the clients and doing nothing. Looks like he he don’t even know the work. Its a nice trick to make money. Yesterday He came at my property and said need to order the part and this heater can’t be fixed. Then I said ok order the part he said he is going on holidays till 20th but if I want brand new then he can do it. Which he said senior technician will do it. So in total he is just going to people property and ripping off everyone by charge call out fee. Suppose he went 5 house a day and rip off same as mine. He is making big money by doing nothing. Its a complete fraud. I am going to report him to consumer affair, ombodsment office, local business directories and will repot on all social media against him. As if he couldn’t help me in anything at least he should give sufficient answers or solutions. He just came touch my hot water system and started asking me call out fee and said it can’t be fixed. Later i called different company they send technician today. He just spend 20 minutes u0026 fixed my hotwater system and told me NLK plumbing is commonly looting people same as he did to me. So BEWARE from this person. Don’t use him ever.

Not a honest guy, Traditional Aussie Conman like behaviour. Initially quotes less for garden tap relocation. On the job day he doubles the price giving some vague reasons. He damaged underground water pipe when used a digger for relocation this was caused underground leak. Not skillful enough to know that there is risk pipe breakage with digger. This issue showed up couple of days later after relocation. Never showed up to fix issue. Had to spend another 1200$ for fixing the leak with a reputed company which they gave warranty of work.
