The staff is always helpful. We forgot to grab name of the lovely lady . She was very helpful in finding the right size tops we were after. Thank You for chatting with our son and distracting him when he was bit sad. The place is always busy but plenty of staff on the floor to help.

just visited to get some new jeans and was expecting an ordeal but the staff and their service were wonderful. the staff assistance was friendly and thoughtful and really helpful. they helped me find what I needed and I left with just the right thing. very happy with my visit.

I just walked out of this shop feeling so happy and satisfied! Andrea spent almost every minute with me whilst I tried on a million pairs of jeans until I was happy with the final 4 I selected. She was so patient, kind, very smiley and genuinely more than happy to help me every step of the way! If it weren’t for her incredibly kind and humble customer service skills, I probably wouldn’t have walked out of the store spending the amount of money I did! Thanks Andrea! Horrible place great staff under a terrible manager. Be very mindful when shopping here, while the clothes is cheap yes, the stock is treated like garbage and left on the floor when being sorted and recieved. The manager smokes and the stench stays on the clothes because hygiene is of no importance here.

I was looking for jeans for my wife for hours walking around DFO. I was so pleased with the support provided by Sophia to help me pick up the right jeans. Exceptional service
