11-17-2023 16:32If your pet has come to the end of their life can not recommend Dr Vic highly enough. He came at very short notice to our home to perform euthanasia on our beloved dog Nui an almost 14 year old bull terrier. He was very calming and compassionate and made a very distressing situation easier. Thank you so much.

08-13-2023 11:41Dr Vic has helped my family send two pets over the rainbow bridge. Our 16 year old cat in 2016 and our 15 year old dog 2023. He is calming, respectful and almost invisible during our process. Both our pets were loved and our hearts were breaking yet he made the moment peaceful and allowed us a good bye of love and dignity. Thank you

06-17-2023 22:46Cannot recommend Vic enough, he was kind and compassionate with my Luna on her last day, and was an incredible support for myself too. I can't see myself using another vet again while Vic is in business. Thanks again for your work Vic, you are a credit to your profession!! Many thanks, Kel and Luna ❤️

05-09-2023 22:56We asked Dr Vic to come and assist us with our 12 year old 40 kg German shepherd as her usual veterinarian was not available. He was absolutely wonderful and treated her with total kindness, care and respect. He gave us all the options available for her care and the details of each and explained these well. Our dog Sasha reads people well and it was safe to say she was comfortable with Dr Vic and his experience with caring for animals showed. She had a peaceful transition and we couldn’t have asked for a better vet. We definitely recommend him.

04-19-2023 00:32Vic has a quiet manner that seems to reassure animals. His experience was valuable to me when our elderly mixed breed dog, Lola, (the black dog in my photo) at the age of 16, developed a staggering gait and drooling. I was quite alarmed, but Vic quickly reassured me that it was a clear case of “geriatric vestibular disorder” and that, if we crated her or put her on a lead to restrain her (just so that she stopped trying to walk around), and gave her fluids, that she would recover. Which she did! She survived another almost two years. We lost her just short of her 18th birthday.

04-03-2023 08:33Dr Vic James was able to provide a dignified, empathetic home passing for my 11 year dog, Shadow, today. He displayed a high degree of caring and professionalism from the initial call, and a calm and reassuring manner throughout the visit and procedure. In addition, his availability and fees were very reasonable, and more affordable than many other estimates I had previously received. Highly recommended!
