Swanbourne Veterinary Centre

Very accommodating clinic and great that they are open on a Sunday as most Vet clinics in the area are not! We saw Monica who was very thorough and helpful.

We attended today for the first time and were so pleased with all aspects. Reception staff very polite, friendly and welcoming. We saw Dr Ziggy and she was amazing. Explained in detail everything we needed to know about cataract surgery. She made our nervous boy feel at ease. 10/10. Certainly recommend this place

Friendly staff and excellent service. Removed a large tumour from our cat's eyelid and managed to save the eye. We cannot recommend Dr Ziggy Chester highly enough. Well priced fast service and a genuine care for her patients.

When I had an emergency with my dog I rushed him straight to the Swanbourne Veterinary Centre and as is when our pets are distressed the only think we can think of is to get them to the vet and one that you know and trust which in my case is the SVC just up the road, and as always the Doctor, Nurses and Staff on the day do everything humanly possible to help your pet and to help their owner at the same time to remain calm as they get your best friend through whatever the trauma is by explaining what's happening and what they can do for them which in my boys case was Vestibular Apparatus. He is doing well now thanks to the wonderful people at the centre. I can not speak highly enough of everyone there and of their dedication to caring for my boy. Thank you to one and all at the centre from myself and from my family for your caring and dedication to our fur child and also for the follow up care afterwards.

Staff especially at reception could be a little friendlier but otherwise very happy to take my pet back .

Staff are nice, I think it's an all Women operation. Like all Vet's the cost continues to rise for a visit. Annoyingly each visit we get the same instructions from any of the vets, the dogs weight and their teeth, this is a stock line regardless.

We wanted to share our experience with Dr Ziggy for our little London. Many vets we find to be a little timid of our baby as she is a American staff with loads on energy. However Dr Ziggy cared so much for London and we couldn’t be more impressed with her knowledge and surgery with our girl. Thank you so much Dr Ziggy! London’s eye is fixed and entropian free!

We have seen Dr. Ziggy for eye issues with 2 different dogs and are very impressed with her thorough and effective treatment. She explains things really simply and her services are very affordable. The staff here are also very lovely and very helpful.
