Amazing print staff - printed an urgent pull up banner in 24 hours for a food expo! I've been shopping here since i was in high school, i continue to shop here for all of my business needs although it is out the way. Thanks team!

The service here today was absolutely fantastic! Dilpreet went the extra mile for us, engaged in delightful small talk, and we felt completely at ease in this store. The overall atmosphere, the staff, and the products are excellent.

One of the guys at the register was a legend, bought a calculator from here expecting it to be around $40 but the dude at the register price matched it with another store, not even Officeworks, and got me a $20 something discount. Incredible. Reminded me that there is still hope for humanity and that it takes nothing to be a kind person. I didn't get his name but really awesome service, truly the embodiment of what it means to be someone who is happy to be helpful, and I think we can all learn something from his actions. Thank you brother.

I wish I could give them zero. I went there to buy a screen protector, it was written on the website that it is only available in the store and this store also had stock, but they said that we don't have any and you have to order online. If we only have to buy this product from the store.

I had to call the store twice today to ask questions about a click and collect and then notify them I was having a courier pick it up. I spoke with a young lady the first time, and then second time I called I spoke with a young man and then the Manager to confirm my requests. All 3 staff members were polite, professional, and extensively helpful.

VERY rude customer service, badly serviced by a big sized lady here. Was seeking for assistance politely to look for specific stuff and she was not happy with it. Wont come to this branch anymore.

Went here to collect some printing that was done via Click and Collect. Assumed it wouldn’t take too long to simply collect my order - was very wrong. Stood at the print desk for 15-20 minutes waiting for someone to serve me (despite 3 girls working at the print desk). I think customers service should be prioritised about actual printing work…
