Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The store was a little overcrowded with stock on the floor making it difficult to get past other customers, but the staff went out the back several times trying to find the right size for me. Ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes instead of the intended 1! They beat all other stores by $15 for the particular pair of crocs I was after, so that was an added bonus! And they were extremely tolerant of my overactive 3 year old (who scored some shoes too!). Thank you for the positive experience!

Wow how awesome are the staff here!!! The young man fitted my 5 year old son for soccer boots, asked him his name and spoke to him, gave him high fives and even built rapport with my two year old daughter by giving her hi fives too, very funny. It made them feel so special, they loved the attention. The Lady is very knowledgeable and professional, ordered us exactly what we wanted, called us as soon as it arrived and no dramas at all. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. So helpful went above and beyond for complete customer satisfaction! Where’s the six star rating when you need it?

The best little sports store in Adelaide! Especially for rugby union protective gear. All over Adelaide, I couldn't get anything from any of the other major sporting stores. Not in stock was the repeated catch cry. I had just about given up. Thought I'd try the little sports store I had walked past previously months ago at Norwood As I entered I was greeted with Hello! what can we help you with? With not much hope at all. I uttered for the 8th time this week. Do you have any rugby union protective gear like shoulder pads and headgear? To my astonishment! The answer was yes! Sue and her fantastic staff then continued to bring out 3 large cardboard boxes, all with the top of the line merchandise stacked neatly in them! My prays had been answered! Sue and her team then preceded to help me get what I wanted! At a discounted price too! Top notch merchandise! Top shelf service and an amazing outcome! I have since been back for other goods and will not shop anywhere else for my self or family! Thanks Powerhouse Sports

Have previously had blisters with other shoes while playing basketball. I came in and they provided me all sorts of solutions, servicing me for up to 45 minutes. In the end the shoes they recommended fit perfectly and I've had no more blisters. 10 out 10 service.
