Worst service ever. If I could give no stars, I would have! No one to help in the store. Two cashiers serving one customer and so I waited and waited…Finally I get served; get asked the same question twice. No thanks for waiting, no bag-just vacant stares. I don’t understand why it takes two people to serve one customer. As I leave both servers are smirking to themselves - on my receipt I was served by Fiona or Alannah-absolutely terrible! Avoid this store at all costs-go to the Marion store where the service is much better.

Great range of sporting goods, including team jerseys for football, cricket and basketball. Friendly energetic staff who seem to genuinely enjoy customer service.

The sales people were great. When we said we were just looking they we're happy to let us look, but as soon as we needed help we didn't have to wait for ages. The product we bought was on sale at a good price and they helped load it into the car. All in all, very happy.

Poor customer service, unfortunately I have to confirm it as well. It took them 10 min to get my click u0026collect staff. It would've been much quicker to get it from the shelf myself. Today a young lady had no idea how to assist me when I was looking for swimming gear for children. She looked for answers on a computer in the warehouse area, it took forever again. When back wasn't even keen to show me where to look for kids swimming gear . More training is required Rebel, overall poor performance.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A little limited on the particular items I was looking for, but it is close to Christmas so I expected this was possible. They had two of the three items I was looking for so I'm happy. They offered me several options which I appreciated. Will definitely go back there again.
