The quality of the service and the attentiveness of the staff in the Melbourne store is superb. I have had the camera bump of my phone replaced twice, and each time the walk in service was quick and very affordable ($20). While I think there can be some design improvements in the material and coating of the camera bump cover, I want to give a heartfelt thanks to the staff here. Their helpful attitude and clear communication took the stress out of the repair process. It is clear Oppo is trying to take on the big player in the phone market. I feel the level of service here demonstrates the kind of commitment that will win over customers.

Booked in my Oppo Find X3 Lite for charging issues via the website Was a very easy process Had to change booking for later time and again very easy This was done via a phone call to local office in Melbourne On arrival was greeted by David who took a quick look and immediately saw the problem was build up of dust in the charging jack When I asked him how long and when can I pick it up his response was was unexpected and great He asked me to wait 5 mins and it would be done Was in and out in 10 mins Thank you David and well done My next phone will be Oppo again

I couldn't believe that I was in customer service centre. I didn't feel like a ping-pong ball. For the very first time in Australia, I felt like I was in a proper customer care. They were very professional, and respectful of a customer's (my) time.
