Poor quality costumes - lack of glue, shoddy stitching, looks nothing like the item photos. At $80 for the costume bought I expected at least average quality. So many items on shelves have no prices on them, some products have the wrong ticket on them despite several of the same items on the same hook, items don't even scan properly - staff took a while to find two products on their system which didn't register when they scanned them. Staff didn't approach us to see if we wanted help, even though we spent 20 mins in the store.

Initially, it was great. They were able to source plates for me from other lombards however, I ordered a pick up at 11am on Sunday and when I arrived, one worker was having coffee with their friend at the desk and the other was serving someone. My order wasn’t ready and hadn’t even been started and it took a further 35 minutes before it was finished, this resulted in us being late to set up for the function. It was pretty average service and I was really disappointed.

I was in this store and wanted to have a Halloween party for myself and was pleasantly surprised. This is a cool store. There you can buy absolutely everything you need, any decoration!

The products were very good but on the day of delivery they kept changing the delivery time and then said our products had been taken to another site. Eventually they turned up 5 hours after they were meant to be delivered. To top it off, they don't return your security deposit unless you request it back. We had a poor experience with this company.

My grandson celebrated his first birthday at Heidi Kitchen on Saturday, November 12th. 2022 You can imagine all of the planning, especially looking for the right balloon artist to create a magical birthday theme. After much deliberation I choose Lomabard’s Richmond and had the pleasure of working with Sarah the store Manager Sarah designed the perfect blue and silver table centrepieces, each with a cute bear resting on a bed of pale blue tulle. Presented in blue and white gift boxes, they were simply stunning. In addition to this fabulousness, fifty helium balloons floated playfully on the ceiling, creating an atmosphere of carnival, frivolity, and fun. just what the birthday boy ordered. Sarah not only met the brief, but she exceeded it, resulting in a wonderful day filled with beautiful memories. Love your work Yvonne

Got a cute lil costume from here recently for the annual swimming carnival and everyone thought it was lovely. Slightly overpriced for what the costumes are and lack of sizes or variety but they were open the day before I needed it 🤷🏽u200d♂️

Terrible service and staff! I went to buy balloons for my graduation and they both sighed and said they were both too busy doing other stuff while just standing there and then the bigger lady finally served me and just glared at me the whole time, she asked if I wanted weights for the balloons and I said yes but didn’t give them to me and when I asked for a receipt, she just threw it at me! And the green haired guy just stood around watching instead of offering to serve instead in place of his “wonderful” coworker, they were so aggressive and unhelpful, I definitely will not be coming back here, so unless you want to get berated and get no help, don’t go here (plus all the stuff here can be found at a two dollar shop, less stress and nicer people)

Not happy about sneaky extra charges. If you are going to charge customers additional amounts at least be upfront. No mention on your webpage, no mention in response to my email enquiry or over the phone. Happy to pay $75 to hire a red carpet. Happy to pay a $200 deposit. Not happy to be charged an extra $25 to have the item delivered to Lombards Richmond where I will pick it up. To top it off I was charged a surcharge of $3.30 to pay for it all.
