Very friendly and helpful staff. Have some great regular prices and some extra value specials from time to time on booze in damaged packaging etc. Parking can be difficult to find close to the store at busy times, but plenty of free parking a short walk from the entry.

Great selection of liquor at Dan’s. Especially champagne and wines. Staff was helpful explaining the difference between several wine’s and to make selection.

retracting most favored trading status, the egregious price hikes in-store across wide geographic area and product range mean the competition now outshine this dinosaur. good service doesn't replace value for money, do not forget this; maybe your rorting execs built a warehouse or a few too many, take it on the chops, stop pillaging the little guy!!

Fantastic service. Need some lighting on the Dan Murphy signs. Hard to see in the dark. The staff were very helpful.

A staff stopped me when I am browsing around the shop to check my ID. Bottle shops staff always check my ID either when I talk in or check out but I have never seen them stopped me in the shop when I am browsing. To me this is harassment. I asked the manager why and he said it’s their policy to check everyone’s ID who looks under 25. There are kids in the shop and I asked why he doesn’t check their ID then he said he would after done with me but obviously he didn’t. I asked what if the kids are under 25 what do you do? He said nothing really! Then I asked so I am actually allowed to be here even I am under 25? And he said yes. So I asked what is the point to check my ID in the middle of the shop? And he repeat the policy again!!!! There are policies that you can do but doesn’t mean you should use it this way. This is 100% nonsense action and harassment. I have never step into a Dan Murphy since then. Although other Dan Murphy never being like this but I am just too disappointed already.

Inaccurate labelling of member specials. Advertised price under the product, upon inspection of receipt when I got home was different. If it's no longer on special and a member offer take the label down cause I wouldn't have bought the product otherwise.

Great range, great price, great customer service
