This afternoon, I went to jd with my mates, we were planning on barbequeing after we got our shoes of our lifetime. However, as I tried on the shoes, I craved more of it. So I kindly asked for my size, to which they said they had, they told me they were going to gracefully deliver it to me. But, we waited there for at least 30 minutes, and the staffs and workers walked around and ignored us like dirt on the ground. It was extremely insulting and discriminating, as my friends and I were asians ourselves. We soon came to a conclusion that our presence were unwanted and they just toyed with our feelings as if we were lifeless. We stomped out of the door, professionally suppressing the devilish urge to toss a shoe, with all the strength that’s left in my body, aimed at the back of his head. Thankfully for him, I decided to spare his life. My friends and I then headed to footlocker and immediately I smelled a friendly scent from the workers. It took me as if the speed of light to figure out that they had no stock. Compared to jd, footlocker felt heavenly and amazing. This is why I am here with this harsh comment, I look forward to further change and I hope the worker learns his lesson the hard way.

What a bad experience I had in the store of the city, I went to change the size of a pair of tennis shoes that I bought and the manager was really a total disappointment, zero empathy, not even a greeting, with a bad face as if he hated everyone, I understand the reasons why They couldn't change my pair of sneakers, but the manager from whom you expect at least a little more was the worst attention I've ever had in my life. I don't usually do these types of reviews but this store really disappointed me.

Don't order more then 1 item at a time as if they miss something it's nere on impossible to get customer service and when you do the woman who answers the phones is such a dry rude unhelpful moron, and if it's not an easy fix for her or if it us not infront of her on her screen , she won't fix the issue , she will say give it a few weeks. I never got my 3rd pair of shoes

Really poor customer service. Left for twenty minutes waiting for a shoe, while team members ignored us and chatted amongst themselves- then found out team member in question was the store manager. The young girl on checkout was very nice, but management was extremely poor and rude on multiple occasions. I was charged incorrectly twice, the girl on the checkout was nice but had to have manager assist- not her fault at all. I ended up leaving and paying excess due to the horrible attitude of manager- young girl who didn't care nor have a clue about how to work as a customer service representative.

I bought air Jordan shows just 7 weeks ago then after 5 times wearing the left side stitches started losing when I dropped to the store about the warranty manager said Beacuse it's under $200 there is no warranty just wear and tear Really how can be?? Well known brand showes after 5 times us faulty and manager saying it's just normal wear and tear and when I asked keep it till I contact head office i dont want to take it she dropped the shoes to the bin right infront of my eyes . How thus company operates with such a poor service and horrible management attitude

Visited the Brisbane City store on 24/09. Terrible customer service, the store manager was rude, no greetings, no smiles and no eye contacts when serving us. A few staff were ignoring customers while they were just happily chatting among themselves.

Why even have a phone number if its never answered? Only reason you get 2 stars is because your stupid hold music was slightly upbeat. Reading your google reviews makes me think you dont even want customers. Oh well footlocker it is!

Extremely slow service at the counter. Was ready to buy a couple pairs of shoes but the ladies behind the counter were more interested in having a chat. Walked out without buying after about ten minutes of waiting. How some people can have jobs these days is beyond me.
