Shannons are fabulous. Every time I speak with a representative. They are always helpful and funny. I needed to put my car in after someone hit me. It was so easy. I find their prices great as well. Oh! Don't forget the competitions they are constantly having. The only downfall is that. I haven't won as yet..... 😅 pick me!!! 😆 Thanks Shannon's. 😁

Waited on the phone for an excessive amount of time to attempt to get a quote for new business. I have 2 cars u0026 2 motorcycles requiring insurance. But if you can't answer the phone in a timely manner for new business it does not bode well for your standards of communications with clients

Shannons are the classic car experts - U can't go wrong with them. They r knowledgeable and understand classics like no other insurance company does. Mine are insured by Shannon's and the price is actually better than other places even though they offer more comprehensive detailed cover for classics.

Shannon’s is a great place to insure your Classic car as they cover your Car for all different types of Insurance like minimum use and insuring the car for its actual value with a maintainable of the vehicle if written off. I have had my Cars insured with Shannon’s for many years and have always received great service and follow up with any dealings with them. Even have one of my Cars used in their advertising program as the Hero car of the Ad. The red 1956 Ford Thunderbird that is fully loaded with 312 motor and every accessory possible. I would highly recommend Shannon’s for all of your Insurances even your House and Contents insurance.

I had three vehicles with Shannon's, premiums increased by 25%, with no claims, got a quote from enthusiast insurance, asked shannons to match it, they so no, so l took all my policies and cancelled them. Saved $2,000 a year by switching to enthusiast, well done Shannons, l have been with Shannons since 1992, when l dealt with Robert Shannon himself....Clearly you don't care for long term, low risk, loyal customers, what more can l say....

Have been with Shannons for about 1.5 years. Every time I call with a query waiting on hold for 15-30 minutes then the experience with customer services on all occasions has been awful. While they came recommended by friends, I cant say I'll be staying around with them much longer. Even tried to put my policy up because I shifted house - quite substantial increase. Absolutely not going to happen. Looking elsewhere now. It seems travelling is not their cup of tea... they want the car to stay in a garage and charge heaps.

I've insured my Monaro through Shannons. Service has been great. I recommend if you have a hobby car to insure through Shannons. 🚗

I have been with Shannon's for about 11yrs and found them to be amazing. However when I received my new policy it was around $200 more a year. I hadn't made a claim or done anything that would warrant that size increase. I called for an explanation and it basically came down to, more people were having accidents, the cost of repairs and living had increased so therefore customers were being charged more, so Shannon's profits wouldn't suffer. I love my car and keep it fully maintained. I am no longer with Shannon's as of 4.00pm on the 02/09/23. Very disappointing after being a loyal customer.
