I had a decent experience here. I went here (with a friend) to buy a jumper. The store was kept relatively neat. The stock levels are okay, maybe the range could be a bit more but it was still okay. The fitting rooms are kept neat as well. The counter service was cheery, so nothing to complain about here. Overall, I would come back.

Extremely rude behaviour! The assistant manager doesn’t give a damn about retaining a customer. After being a Tommy customer for 10 years and having worked in retail, it’s very disappointing to receive such terrible service. I went in with a faulty garment that had lost its shape and colour after 1 wash and she didn’t even acknowledge the issue, let alone try and resolve it. She kept reading the return policy to me, failing to understand the difference between change of mind return and a faulty return. I would never shop here again.

Great customer service! The lady who helped us out today was Fariah, she was the sweetest and most friendliest person ever and she helped us out so much! If you read this i’m the girl who said don’t wear converses to work anymore 😭

Very appaled with the customer service given by one of your staff member in Melbourne Central. We were served by a girl in the cash desk in the rudest possible way. She is a blonde with short hair and she wasn't wearing any name badge at the time. Was in the store with a guy name Earlvin. We selected a backpack that had less crumples just for the reason that we are giving this as a gift. We then put the bag in the counter and decided to continue shopping. When we decided to pay there was 2 of the same bag on the table. We were given the other backpack with the crumples and nicely asked if we can have the other one instead. She then insists that its exactly the same and said no we couldnt have the other one because it is for another customer who is standing behind us ( even though we selected that one first ). She then roughly tossed the backpack to my girlfriend's face and asks her sarcastically if she wants to check the condition of this backpack. During the whole exchange the way she talks is just beyond rude and upsetting. I believe a person like her should not be in the retail business where customer service is the utmost priority. My girlfriend and i left the store very dissapointed and i can promise you that a person like her will push away more customers from your business.

Never go to this store...The lady I met in the store ( brown pony tail) was very rude with me asking for an different size. She doesn’t know how to talk with customers and when I went to changing room she came after me like I was a robber. Never go to this store.. Staff especially the lady is very rude in dealing with customers. Never recommend

The store manager Chris is warmingly friendly with excellent customer service. He greeted and consulted us with great attention to detail and sense of fashion.

Went to ask for the changing room whilst the two women were chatting, they seemed too busy to help me. I also went back to them to ask for a different size at which point they said no and didn't recommend any other way of checking. When I asked, they seemed as though I was rudely interupting their conversation, their body language and facial expression made me feel they were completely disinterested. Not going there for any clothing garments again.
