First time policy holder here, and I am beyond impressed. Never heard of this insurance company but was recommended to it by a few mates who ride and have had good experiences with these guys Normally I thought signing up for a new Insurance Policy is mind numbingly painful; but Kylie was an absolute legend with her service in setting up my policy. I change my bike regularly and changing policies is easy and staff are very helpful and friendly. I’ve been with Swann for years and will be using them for years to come.
