07-21-2023 17:50Not sure it should be called Green Garden Cafe as all of their plants are fake! Given the name, I assumed they'd have some green healthy options but they don't even have salads. If you ask, they'll do a side salad with their quiche but it's really just a few bits and pieces from their sandwich bar toppings. Quiche was good though. I love nineties music but having 'Boom Boom Boom' by The Outhere Brothers playing so loud you can't make a phone call seemed a bit off for a cafe during lunchtime. Definitely room for improvement...

04-26-2023 00:58Just acceptable. However,I ordered an Italian piadina and I got a sort of bread. When I asked the waitress, I was explained that what I got was actually the Italian piadina I ordered..... Shame the piadina Is a sort of wrap, not bread which is more similar to a sandwich. So please, don't explain an Italian what an Italian piadina Is, he might know better than you...

04-04-2023 04:10I've been going here on and off for about 8 years. Recently (new management?) the quality has gone down. Today will be the last day I go there. In an empty shop I had to wait 20 minutes to get my food. Gravy not on the side as I had asked. Schnitzel was poor and parts were inedible. Avoid.

03-18-2023 00:02I can’t believe there are still businesses that are run like this. The good: the person working behind the counter was polite and welcoming. The cafe sits 55-60 people so nice and open, bright and inviting. The very, very bad: whoever runs this customer service business needs to take a long hard look at themselves. I hate leaving reviews, but when you order breakfast and a coffee and the ONE poor guy behind the counter has to run the business by himself and in so doing take a huge amount of time to get that food out, not only to us but just 5 other customers that came and went in the hour we were in the place, I can’t help but feel sorry for the poor employee being taken advantage of. I can’t speak for the weekday crowd but if you want to get a good Sunday breakfast in the city without having to watch on in sympathy as a guy on minimum wage is worked to the bone unnecessarily - don’t go here.
