Ordered ice creams in the cone and the temp of the product was such that the parson serving it had great difficulty in actually being able to scoop it, such that it was so liquid, and he literally poured it into the cone. Therefore before I even got it, it was running down the sides I know electricity is expensive, but by the very definition, it’s called ice cream therefore it should be at the temperature of ice incredibly poor performance and a poor person behind the counter was so apologetic and so helpful I could not take it out on him, but that’s why I’m writing this review so that nobody else gets caught ordering ice cream from this than appropriate place.

Kafin located at a few blocks from the Rundle street is a gem of a place for brunch and coffee. The coffee here is no doubt one of the best coffee in Adelaide. Their contemporary brunch is alright with some of the items that really shines. Five stars for the warm and friendly staff.

Mango Khao Neow - Thai sticky rice, chunk-cut mango, coconut cream, vanilla gelato: this is what I had. The dish was pretty good! The sticky rice was excellent. The mango chunks were very good, but the mango was somehow quite bland 🤷😅. . Matcha Paradise - Pancake stacks, creme de matcha, matcha lava, matcha dust, toasted marshmallow: this is one of their best dishes I think. Super creative! Good matcha flavours. . Frits Gelato - vanilla gelato, panko bread crumb, madeira cake, salted caramel sauce: this dish was essentially a fancier version of a fried ice cream. It was good, but thought it could have been more creative with the ice cream flavour. . Velvetious Waffle - Belgian waffle, mixed berry, mixed berry compote, fairy floss, strawberry gelato: you would enjoy this dish if you like the raspberry/mixed berry compote being on the sour side. But if you prefer your dessert sweet, then it might not be for you. The combination of berry compote and strawberry ice cream might be a bit too much berry overload 😅😅. . Classic Brulee - vanilla bean, milk, cream, vanilla gelato: this was a good classic dessert, with a nicely done hard surface 🙂🙂. . Mango Panna Cotta - chunk-cut mango, mango compote, unhomogenised milk, cream: the panna cotta had a nice texture, but the mango compote was quite bland. . Matcha latte: always trust an Asian place to do a decent matcha latte 😜😜. This one was nice and strong!

Great food and coffee! Some of the staff are just always having a bad day or don’t like me (I’ve been in and out for 4 weeks) or are just mean people? No smiling no pleasantries. Food and normal coffee (biscoff one was awful) is good though hence why I keep going back 🤣

If you've not been to the corner of Rundle and Frome lately you're in for a nice surprise. With brand new owners and a revamped decor, the place has a more relaxed and welcoming feel to it. Immediate greetings and great service cap off the tasty coffee I'd hoped for. Drop in the next time you're in town, try it out.

Great option if you want to have coffee u0026 brunch in the city. The food u0026 coffee menu is really creative. They have a range of coffee: we ordered Kopiko latte u0026 Biscoff latte. They're unique and yummy! They have nice non-coffee latte as well. We loved the croffle with bacon u0026 harsh brown, great portion
